HistoryMiami – Beyond the Game
From the iconic Fifth Street Gym where Muhammad Ali “floated like a butterfly” during segregation, to the game of Jai-Alai brought from Cuba- Miami has made its mark in the world of sports and beyond. HistoryMiami’s latest exhibit highlights this and more, including new documentaries and plenty of sports memorabilia, to showcase the way sports impacted the evolution of South Florida.
