Changes to Miami’s Homeless Plan
Though the number of homeless in the City of Miami has dropped dramatically over the past two decades, officials are determined to bring this number to zero. Mayor Tomas Regalado believes that a new plan to finance shelters with the aid of the Homeless Trust, and a revision to an old law, may help do just that.
